Description
The 2026 VAPPA Future Leaders of Facilities Summit is a no-cost, two-day leadership development event built specifically for newly promoted supervisors and front-line facilities employees with leadership in their sights.
This year’s summit is facilitated by Positive Professionals – a team of certified coaches with over 70 years of combined leadership experience – and features sessions on Managing Former Peers, Creating Positive Culture, and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, alongside hands-on workshops and peer networking.
What’s included:
– Private on-campus lodging in historic Venable Hall
– All meals throughout the event
– Expert-facilitated leadership sessions and workshops
– Networking with FM professionals from across Virginia
Arrival: Tuesday, July 22 – check in by 5:00 PM
Programming: Wednesday, July 23 – Thursday, July 24
