Every graduate of the Leadership Summit, in one place.
Since 2024, VAPPA has brought rising facilities supervisors from across Virginia to Hampden-Sydney College for a no-cost leadership program. This is the record of who's earned the credential — and where they've gone since.
A no-cost leadership program for Virginia's rising FM leaders
Each summer, VAPPA brings together newly promoted supervisors and aspiring leaders from facilities operations across Virginia's colleges, universities, and K-12 systems for a multi-day, no-cost leadership program hosted at Hampden-Sydney College. Sessions are facilitated by Positive Professionals, a team of certified executive coaches with over 70 years of combined senior leadership experience.
VAPPA develops and connects educational facilities professionals through leadership, learning, and collaboration, strengthening the people and organizations that support education across Virginia.
To be the premier professional community for educational facilities leaders in Virginia.
A badge that means someone actually finished the program
Every graduate receives this credential as a verifiable digital badge, issued through Certifier, that they can add directly to LinkedIn. It's tied to real program content, not just attendance.
